Frederick Municipal Airport (KFDK) is a non-towered airport located just north of the Baltimore-Washington Tri-Area Class B airspace. We have a TVOR (FDK) located on the field, with a frequency of 109.0. When approaching the airport please monitor AWOS on 124.87 as there is construction on the field and UNICOM 122.725. Ground ops (fuel requests, etc.) will be on the ARINC frequency of 130.27. Check NOTAMS for the condition of Camp David (P-40) as it frequently expands to 10 miles in radius, and, while it is still plenty far away from us, it does need to be watched out for.
